CHILDREN (Nursery - 6th Grade) - Pastor Phil Howe
Agape Island(Pre-School)– A weekly ministry to pre-school children 4 years old to kindergarten Sundays at 10:45 AM.
Children’s Musicals – An annual musical production from the children of Christ Church (kindergarten – 6th grade).Call for details.
Creation Station (Nursery)– A ministry to children 6 weeks – 3 years of age on Sunday mornings at 9:00 AM and 10:45 AM and Wednesdays at 7:00 PM.
Divorce Care 4 Kids – Help children 1st – 6th grade recover from their parent’s divorce.
Events Planning Team – A team that plans major outreach events including the Giant Egg Hunt, VBS (Vacation Bible School), and the Fall Festival.
Extreme Adventure Children’s Services – Volunteer opportunities during weekly Sunday children’s services at 10:45 AM including the audio/video team, worship team, greeters, registration (child check-in), security team, ushers team, & game room team.
MPact (Formerly Missionettes)– A program for girls K-6th grade emphasizing Bible knowledge, missions, and becoming a Godly woman.Meets weekly on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 PM.
Royal Rangers – A program for boys emphasizing outdoor skills and character building.Meets weekly on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 PM.
S.H.O.U.T. Cheerleading – A cheerleading squad for 5th and 6th grade girls.Practice and devotion Wednesdays at 5:30 PM.
Special Needs Ministry – A ministry to children and teens with special needs. Meets Sunday mornings at 10:45 AM.
UpTown (Children’s Sunday School)– Children’s Bible classes for 4 yrs – 6th grade.Meets Sunday mornings at 9:00 AM.
YOUTH (7th - 12th Grade) - Pastor Jack Hunt & Pastor Ben Weaver:
E-Groups – Small groups for jr. high and sr. high students that once per month on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 PM in the Student Ministry Center. Serving opportunities include leading, co-leading, or coaching e-groups.
Elevate Youth Services – Weekly youth service for jr. high and sr. high students on Wednesday nights at 7:00 PM with ministry opportunities including Audio/Video Team; Cafe Team; Creative Arts (Drama and worship); Front Door Team (Greeters); Game Room Team; Prayer/Counseling Advisors; Set-Up Team; Usher Team.
Sunday Brunch – Sunday morning classes for jr. high and sr. high students on various topics and for various grades.Classes meet at 10:45 AM.
COLLEGE/YOUNG ADULT (18-29) - Pastor Lance Loven:
Leadership Team - A team that offers leadership to the organization of ministry to college students and young adults.
Worship Team - A team that leads worship during Passion young adult services.
Activities Planning Team - A team that organizes activities for college/young adult students.
Audio/Video Team - Assist with sound and video for Passion college/young adult services.
Small Groups - Serve as a facilitator for a small group designed for 18-29 year olds.
COLLEGE/YOUNG ADULT (18-29) - Pastor Lance Loven:
Leadership Team - A team that offers leadership to the organization of ministry to singles.
Worship Team - A team that leads worship during singles services.
Activities Planning Team - A team that organizes activities for single adults.
Audio/Video Team - Assist with sound and video for single adult services.
Small Groups - Serve as a facilitator for a small group designed for singles in their 30s and 40s.
ADULTS:
4Word Groups – Facilitating or teaching on-campus classes/small groups. (Pastor Stephen Blandino)
Because We Care – A ministry to shut-ins and the elderly. (Pastor Ron Turner)
Celebrate Recovery – Facilitate small groups for those recovering from hurts, habits, and hang-ups.Meets Wednesday nights at 7:00 PM. (Pastor Ron Turner)
Choir - Choir ministers Sunday mornings (9:00 AM & 10:45 AM) and have Wednesday night practices at 7:00 PM. (Pastor Steve Bryant)
Cleansing Stream – Facilitate small groups during this weekly ministry focused on deliverance & spiritual growth. (Pastor Ron Turner)
Connection Groups – Off-campus small groups that meet twice per month.Serve as a group host (facilitating), opening your home for a group to meet in, or providing coaching and support to group hosts. (Pastor Stephen Blandino)
Crown Financial Groups – Facilitate a small group using Crown Financial Curriculum. (Pastor Rob Leacock)
Divorce Care – Facilitate a small group for those recovering from divorce.Meets Wednesday nights at 7:00 PM. (Pastor Ron Turner)
Drama Team – Write, produce, and act in dramas used during Sunday services and/or seasonal productions. (Pastor Steve Bryant)
Facilities and Grounds Maintenance – Assist with projects and maintenance on the church grounds/buildings. (Pastor Rob Leacock)
Food Services – Assist with meal preparation for various Christ Church activities/events. (Pastor Rob Leacock)
Grief Share - Facilitate a small group for those experiencing loss. (Pastor Ron Turner)
Healing for Damaged Emotions - Facilitate a small group for those experience emotional pain. (Pastor Ron Turner)
Intercessory Prayer Team - Prayer groups for women meeting Mondays or Wednesdays. (Cindy Johnston)
Interest Groups - Facilitate a small group organized around a common interest, study, or hobby. (Pastor Stephen Blandino)
Office Volunteer – Provide support to administrative staff in the church offices.Contact Christ Church office.
Renewal Groups - Facilitate a support group (Divorce Care, Divorce Care 4 Kids, Grief Share, Celebrate Recovery, Healing for Damaged Emotions, Choices (Co-Dependency). (Pastor Ron Turner)
Spanish Ministries – Assist with Sunday morning Spanish service at 10:30 AM or Spanish classes or small groups.Contact Christ Church.
Sports Ministry – Organize and facilitating a sports league for children or adults. (Pastor Lance Loven)
Sunday Morning Services – Serve with our team during a Sunday morning service at 9:00 AM or 10:45 AM in one of the following opportunities: Audio/Video Team, Band/Orchestra (Pastor Steve Bryant), Greeters, Guest Services, Resource Center (Pastor Stephen Blandino), or Ushers (Pastor Rob Leacock).
Women’s Ministry Team – Assist with planning women’s activities, classes, and retreats. (Cindy Johnston)
