Are you interested in starting a small group? Whether it’s a New Arrivals Group, Connection Group, 4Word Group, Interest Group, or Renewal Group, we have numerous opportunities to serve. Below are the qualifications, prerequisites, responsibilities, and an online application for small group leadership:
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Obvious commitment of your life to the Lord Jesus Christ
• Agreement & support of the teachings, vision, mission, and statement of faith of Christ Church
• Servant’s attitude with your time, talent, tongue, and treasure
PREREQUISITES:
• Complete a Small Group Leader application (the signed portion of the application can be downloaded at the end of the online application).
• Attend the appropriate leader orientation
• Meet requirements of leader qualifications
• Agree to a background check
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Recruit people to your group
• Conduct group meetings according to guidelines established for small groups.
• Submit an online report via Christ Church’s website after each group meeting
